You will receive:
- Three one hour coaching calls over three weeks via Zoom or phone call (your choice.)
- A workbook & a welcome pack sent to your home.
Our first session will be an opportunity to discuss your goals, and vision for our coaching together. The three sessions will be a mixture of work through identifying limiting beliefs, goal setting and a chance to become very clear on where you want to be and how to get there. Some weeks you may want to chat through a particular challenging scenario that you are dealing with, other weeks I may think that you would benefit from a NLP session to work through some deeper stuff. I will take notes during each session and email them through to you along with any homework we’ve set together. Most weeks I will assign tasks so that you can begin to make positive changes.
You can contact me anytime between calls for email / voice note support. My coaching programs are very adaptable, and will be created based on your initial goals. I come from a standpoint of what I call the ‘wheel’, this means we will look at all areas of your life if necessary and can work on a range of things.
